I ordered from Kendra Scott last week and was already kind of assuming it would take a while, because that’s usually the pattern I notice with regular shipping.
But this one moved fast. It shipped the next day, the tracking actually updated in a way that made sense, and I kept checking it thinking there had to be a delay somewhere, but it just kept moving along.
When it arrived, everything was packed neatly and nothing was missing. the whole process was smoother and faster than I expected, so I’d definitely order again

I’ve ordered a few things from Kendra Scott now, and I mostly pay attention to how the jewelry feels and holds up, not all the extra stuff. The earrings don’t feel flimsy or cheap, and they’ve stayed shiny even after I’ve worn them a bunch. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with everything I picked out.

"It Actually Arrived When Promised"
I ordered a necklace for my sister, and somehow, in a shocking twist, it showed up exactly on the day they said it would. Tracking was easy to follow, the package wasn’t damaged, and nothing was missing. So yeah, happy with the delivery.

"Cute necklace, but I wish the shine lasted longer"
I’ll admit I’m a bit picky about jewelry, especially when it comes to pieces staying shiny, but I really did like this necklace when I first got it. It looked cute on and felt easy to wear with different outfits. After a few weeks, though, I noticed some tarnishing around the clasp, which was disappointing since I don’t wear it in the shower or anything. It’s not ruined and I’ll probably still wear it, but for the price, I was hoping it would hold up a little better.

I had to swap a necklace for a different color, it was way easier than people make these things sound sometimes. Customer service was nice, didn’t give me any attitude, and it got handled faster than I expected. No hassle at all.

I’ve really been loving the jewelry from Kendra Scott. The designs are cute and stylish without feeling too flashy, and I like how the colors actually go with a lot of what I already wear. My necklace has such a finish and just the right amount of sparkle, and I’ve gotten several compliments on it when wearing it out. Definitely something I’d buy again
